Hi all! For anyone who is interested, I have created a warband for every faction, as well as a blank template in MS-Word that can easily be filled out. I like to have colored columns and rows, so I made these so I can see numbers and stats from across the table.

I have play-tested six of them so far, and I think I did a pretty good job with the balance. For The Path I created two builds (both on one sheet) for peacetime and wartime. Also, each sheet has 4 pages--two with the prebuilt warband, and two blank pages, so you can easily re-spec by copying and pasting to make your own.
I'm really enjoying the game so far! Thanks, Elijah, for making a game that's easy to jump right into, and doesn't require a whole new investment in minis!

Glad I could help! I really enjoyed building them all, so it didn't even really feel like work :).
Anyone can feel free to use and modify all you want. I recommend downloading them directly as a Word doc, or simply downloading the .zip file, which contains all of them. It seems that the google reader re-formats them, and skews the margins if you load them directly from the Google Drive page.
Enjoy, and feel free to let me know if there are any errors. One user raised the question of whether the skill stealth 1 provides a +2 on init. rolls for dodge. The book I'm using says +1, but maybe there is an errata I haven't seen. I'll keep checking.
